Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: July 8, 2026.
Everyone should be able to read this site, request a repair, and check on their console — including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or high-contrast settings. Accessibility is part of how this site is built, not an afterthought.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. The whole public site is audited against those criteria with automated accessibility tooling on every significant change, and issues that turn up are fixed before or shortly after they ship.
What that looks like here
- Every page works without JavaScript — forms, navigation, and repair tracking are plain HTML first.
- Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus outline and a skip-to-content link on every page.
- Text and interface colors meet WCAG contrast minimums, including on tinted backgrounds.
- Links inside text are underlined, not distinguished by color alone.
- Headings, landmarks, and form labels are structured for screen readers.
- Images carry descriptive alt text; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive tech.
- Animations respect your reduced-motion system setting.
Known limitations
The anti-spam check on our forms (Cloudflare Turnstile) requires JavaScript, so submitting a form with scripts fully disabled won't work — everything else on the site will. If that check ever blocks you, email us instead and we'll handle your request by hand.
Something in your way? Tell us.
If any part of this site is hard to use with your setup, email repairs@ironpointrepair.com and describe what happened and what you were trying to do. Accessibility reports go to the owner directly and get fixed with the same priority as a broken checkout. You'll get a reply within one business day.
