Do you fix both the Xbox Series X and Series S?

Both, at the same $189 intro price for HDMI port replacement. The boards differ, but the repair discipline is identical: microscope work, proper pad repair, and a full output test before return.

My Xbox turns on but the screen is black — is that the HDMI port?

Usually, yes. The Series X/S HDMI port sits right where cable strain and drops concentrate. Occasionally the fault is a component behind the port instead, which is why diagnosis is free and you see a quote with photos before we do anything.

What if my Xbox is completely dead?

A console with no lights and no fan spin points to a power-side board fault — a shorted rail, failed MOSFET, or damaged input circuit. That work is quote-based, and the $50 diagnostic fee is credited to the repair if you go ahead.

What does the $40 deposit cover?
