Do you have a shop in Bozeman I can walk into?

Will I lose my saves or my account?
No. HDMI and retimer repairs never touch the SSD — your saves, account, and installed games stay exactly as you left them. We still recommend cloud backup as a habit, but the repair itself doesn’t erase anything.
How long will I be without my console during the semester?
Plan on about a week and a half door to door: typically 2–3 business days on the bench once your deposit and console arrive, plus shipping each way. Against a sixteen-week semester that’s a short gap — and a lot better than letting it sit broken until winter break.
I have a PS5 Slim — anything different?
Port-only replacements on the Slim are routine. Slim consoles with encoder-chip damage are evaluated case-by-case — you’ll know before you pay anything. That’s a parts-availability reality on the EDM-044 board, and we’d rather tell you up front than surprise you with a quote.
