How the mail-in process works

    Pick your Switch model, check off the symptoms, and send it in — the form takes about two minutes.

  2. Get approved and ship it

    Once we approve, you pay the $40 deposit (it credits toward your total) and mail the console using the packing slip we send.

  3. Free bench diagnosis

    We confirm the fault under the microscope and email photos with your quote before touching a soldering iron.

  4. Play again

    The finished Switch is charge-tested and dock-tested, then shipped back free with tracking and a 90-day warranty.

Switch repair questions

Is the charge port price the same for the Switch Lite and OLED?

Yes — $129 flat for the original Switch, Switch Lite, and Switch OLED. All three use a USB-C port soldered directly to the board, and all three get the same microscope-level replacement.

My Switch only charges when the cable sits at a certain angle. Fixable?

Very. That angle-sensitive charging is the classic sign of a worn or cracked USB-C port, and replacing the port is exactly what the $129 repair covers.

Can a Switch that got wet be saved?

Often, but not always — it depends on how far corrosion has spread. Liquid-damaged Switches get a free diagnosis and an honest verdict with photos. You approve a quote before any paid work happens, and if it isn’t worth fixing, we’ll say so.

Will I lose my save files?

Charge port and board repairs don’t involve the internal storage, so saves and games remain untouched. Since many Switch saves can’t be backed up without Nintendo Switch Online, we treat the board with that in mind.
