  2. We review & approve, then email your packing slip + a $40 deposit link

    We look at every request before anything ships so you never mail a console we can’t help with. Approval usually lands in your inbox within 1 business day.

  3. Pay the deposit and ship your console to our address

    The ship-to address is on your packing slip. Pay the $40 deposit first, pack the console per the slip’s instructions, and send it on its way.

  4. Free diagnosis on arrival; you get an emailed quote with photos

    We open it up under the microscope, find the actual fault, and email you a firm quote with photos of what we found. Diagnosis costs nothing.

  5. Approve the quote and pay the balance (your $40 deposit credits toward the total)

    You see the price and the proof before you commit. Approve it and pay the balance — the deposit you already paid comes off the total.

  6. We repair, test to full output, and ship it back with tracking

    Board-level repair, then a full output test before it goes back in the box. Return shipping is free and you get the tracking number.

About the $40 deposit

The deposit does one job: it makes sure every console on the bench has a committed owner, so real repairs move fast. It is not an extra fee — the full $40 credits toward your repair total. If we review your request and decline the job, the deposit is refunded in full. If you decline the quote after diagnosis, the deposit covers return shipping and the diagnostic time, and your console comes back to you.

Diagnosis itself is always free — the deposit is never a diagnostic charge.

What you'll hear from us, and when

We got your request. Sit tight — we’ll review and email you before you ship anything.
Approved
You’re approved. You get your packing slip and deposit link. Pay the $40 deposit, then ship your console to the address on the slip.
Arrived
Your console arrived safely, matched to your ticket number. Free diagnosis is underway.
Quoted
Diagnosis done — you get a quote with photos. Your $40 deposit credits toward the total. Approve and pay the balance to start the repair.
Shipping back
Fixed and tested to full output. Your console is on its way home with a tracking number.
