Component-level diagnosis on the bench
Your board goes under the microscope. We trace the fault to the failing component — shorted rails, blown fuses, corroded traces, damaged ICs — instead of condemning the whole board.
Quote with photo evidence
You get an emailed quote with photos of what we found. Nothing proceeds until you approve it, and your $50 diagnostic credit is applied to the repair.
Micro-soldering repair and full testing
The failed components are replaced under the microscope, corrosion is cleaned, and traces are rebuilt. The console is then tested to its full output before it ships back.
Straight answer policy: not every board is worth fixing. If diagnosis shows a repair that doesn't make economic sense, we say so — your deposit is refunded and the console comes back to you.
